How to use this calculator

Fee schedules used in this calculator
- Domain Transfer Service: 1.7% (minimum $350) up to $200,000 · 0.9% (minimum $3,400) for $200,001–$2,000,000 · 0.78% (minimum $18,000) above $2,000,000.
- Domain Escrow Service: 2.9% (minimum $600) up to $200,000 · 1.9% (minimum $5,800) for $200,001–$2,000,000 · 1.3% (minimum $38,000) above $2,000,000.
- Lease-to-own: Service fee per the schedule above, plus a 1.9% administration fee included in each monthly payment. Monthly payment is the financed balance (price minus down payment) divided by the term. No prepayment penalty. Maximum term 48 months.
- Straight lease: $395 flat setup fee plus 3.5% of each monthly lease payment. No ownership interest transfers to the lessee.
- No minimum transaction size. Minimum fees apply as shown above.
- If the buyer pays all or part of the service fee, that fee is added to the purchase price. If the seller or broker pays all or part, it is deducted from the payout. The responsible party is recorded in your Transaction Agreement.
- Payment method fees are charged in addition to the service fee and are the responsibility of the party initiating payment.
